Who we are

MyVisaRoutes is run by Isnex Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15999648), registered office Sheffield, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

The free check

Your quiz answers are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so that you can go back and change them. They are not sent to us. You can delete them at any time with "Start again" or by clearing your browser data. Links you share from the results page never contain your answers.

What we collect, and why

• Email sign-up (only if you choose to sign up): your email address, the routes and passport country you asked about, and your consent. Purpose: to tell you when rules change for those routes. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Purchases: our payment provider acts as the merchant of record and collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order, calculate taxes and send your receipt and download. We receive order details (email, product, amount, country) but never your card details. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Contact messages: what you send us. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in answering you.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami) that don't use cookies or identify you, to count visits and see which pages and steps people use. They receive which question you reached and, on the results page, your passport country, goal and the routes shown as matching; never your email or your other answers. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Advertising measurement: only if you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel measures visits and purchases from our ads. Lawful basis: consent. See the cookie policy.

Who we share data with

Service providers who process data for us: our hosting provider, our payment provider (merchant of record), our email provider and, if you consent, Meta. Some of them process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we don't email you again.
• Order records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.
• Contact messages: up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask to move it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Please don't send sensitive documents

We never need your passport number, bank statements or visa documents. Please don't send them to us.
