Refund policy

Digital downloads

Guides are delivered as downloads straight after payment. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download is available.

When we refund

We still refund in full if:

• you were charged twice or charged by mistake;
• the file won't open or is damaged and we can't send you a working copy;
• the guide is materially different from its description on the site;
• you ask within 14 days and haven't downloaded the guide.

If a rule changes soon after you buy, we send the updated guide free where we have one, rather than a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
