About this list. Main work, study, family, investor, visitor and humanitarian categories from USCIS overview pages, plus the smaller USCIS categories added on 3 Nov 2026 (P-1B, P-2, P-3, CNMI-only, T and U, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile, special immigrant sub-types, registry and other Green Card pages) and the Visa Waiver Program page on cbp.gov (domain added). Still left out: B-2 tourist visa, F-1 and M-1 as separate pages, H-1B1, O-2, H-4, L-2 and returning resident (no USCIS or other loadable official page lists them; travel.state.gov and state.gov refuse automated access); Lautenberg parolees (USCIS says the provision expired and was not restarted); diplomat and foreign-government-employee Green Card pages (diplomatic); Conrad 30 waiver and Deferred Enforced Departure (not visa categories); USCIS guidance pages on entrepreneurs and STEM professionals (overviews of routes already listed). dol.gov refused our checker and esta.cbp.gov did not load. Part 2 (2026-11-04): O-1, EB-2, E-2, OPT, family preference and TN have quoted screening facts from uscis.gov. Diversity Visa has only 2 quoted facts (education/work rules on travel.state.gov). state.gov pages still refuse our checker for fees and many visitor streams.
